Flanges
Cendrex supplies pipe flanges and flanged connection products for waterworks, sewerage, plumbing, fire protection, HVAC, mechanical services and industrial piping systems.

Common products include plate flanges, slip-on flanges, weld-neck flanges, blind flanges, threaded flanges, socket-weld flanges, lap-joint flanges and ductile iron flange adaptors. They are available in mild steel, carbon steel, stainless steel and ductile iron, with different drilling patterns, facing types and pressure classes.

Flanges provide a strong but detachable connection between pipes, valves, pumps, meters, strainers and other equipment. The correct nominal size, pressure rating, material, standard, facing and drilling arrangement must be confirmed before ordering.

Common size range

  • Standard steel and stainless-steel flanges: DN15–DN600 (½”–24″)
  • Waterworks and project flanges: DN50–DN1200 (2″–48″)
  • Large fabricated steel flanges: up to approximately DN2000 (80″)
  • Ductile iron flange adaptors: commonly DN50–DN1200 (2″–48″)

Large sizes and non-standard drilling arrangements may be manufactured according to project requirements.

Valves
Available valve types include gate valves, butterfly valves, check valves, air-release valves, ball valves, float valves, foot valves and control valves. Depending on the application, valves are available in ductile iron, cast iron, carbon steel, stainless steel, brass and thermoplastic materials, with threaded, wafer, lugged, grooved or flanged connections.

Different sizes, pressure ratings, materials, coatings and operating methods are available to meet project specifications. Manual lever, handwheel, gearbox, electric actuator and pneumatic actuator options may be supplied for selected models.

Common size range

  • Threaded brass and stainless-steel valves: DN8–DN100 (¼”–4″)
  • Wafer and lugged butterfly valves: DN40–DN600 (1½”–24″)
  • Flanged waterworks valves: DN50–DN1200 (2″–48″)
  • Large butterfly valves: up to approximately DN2200 (88″)
  • Air-release valves: commonly DN25–DN300 (1″–12″)
